Meet Jenn

Jenn Swaine (eRYT500) has taught thousands of hours of yoga over the past eight and a half years. She practices and teaches with an emphasis on celebrating curiosity and inquiry as beautiful tenants of the deep, rich roots of yoga. Her practice in the seat of a teacher has encompassed a large span of teaching mediums over the years including studio ownership, community collaborations, long-term private clients, group classes through branded studios, gyms + corporate settings, teacher trainings and mentorships.

Jenn began her practice through the lens of Baptiste Yoga in Baltimore, Maryland. Since then she has continued to learn under a variety of schools of thought including but not limited to Katonah Yoga and Awakening Yoga with teachers including Dani Reidy, Ciara Desmond, Mary Dana Abbott, Abbie Galvin, Patrick Beach, Carling Harps, Ally Bogard, Bec Isaacs and Rose Baudin.
